Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of ClauseWatch, operated by Antonius, a solo developer based in Jakarta, Indonesia ("we", "us"). By using ClauseWatch, you agree to these terms.

What ClauseWatch does

ClauseWatch monitors publicly accessible web pages that you specify (such as a vendor's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or pricing page), detects when they change, records a hash-verified version history, and can alert you and summarize what changed. We provide this as an informational tool — it is not legal advice, and detected changes should be independently reviewed before you rely on them for a legal or compliance decision.

Plans and billing

Acceptable use

You agree to only submit URLs you have a legitimate reason to monitor, and not to use ClauseWatch to monitor private, authenticated, or unauthorized content. We reserve the right to decline or remove monitoring of any URL, and to suspend accounts used for abusive, illegal, or harmful purposes.

No warranty

ClauseWatch is provided "as is." We do our best to reliably detect and report changes to monitored pages, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring, complete detection of every change, or the accuracy of automated risk scoring or AI-generated summaries. Any alert or summary is a starting point for your own review, not a legal conclusion.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClauseWatch and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made in reliance on a monitoring alert or missed detection of a change.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Fittingly, if you're a paying customer, this is exactly the kind of change ClauseWatch itself is built to help you track.
